Tripoteca in Toulouse

Cody’s digital feature of “Fuku-Shiva” continued its journey with the Tripoteca collective, engaging on a grass roots level at the artist run Mix’Art Myrys venue.
.
 This event featured 50 short films, an exhibition of canvases and video installations from artists spanning 25 countries, and experimental audio-video improv performances.
.
Each night held two sections of films, “Meta-Fun” (a roller-coaster of astral humor) and “Introspective Journey”.

“Since 2005 the group of self-managed artists Mix’art Myrys occupies an old shed in the Minimes industrial area. This area is divided into 4200 m² of workshops, 430 m² of offices and 2000 m² of outdoor spaces

All artistic disciplines can have access to the place, remaining attached to the modularity of spaces, allowing to accommodate the most diverse forms:

– Live performance
– Video

– Textile
– Screenprinting

In addition, spaces of creation and conviviality are articulated in direct porosity with spaces of diffusion / demonstration / presentations of stages of work.”
